Fullosophy is the belief that life is meant to be devoured, not rushed past. Most of us have lost the ability to tell the difference between what we actually want and what we've been taught to want, living in restriction and scarcity instead of expansion and possibility. Olive oil is where the practice starts: slow down, taste, trust your palate. The same practice applies to everything else — how you connect, how you spend your days. It isn't about finding the "best" of anything. It's about learning to taste, and figuring out what you actually like and want.
