Isabella has spent her career at the intersection of community, human connection, and food. She started in food justice, running citywide events and building food accelerators to help social entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. From there, she helped a national food company launch its local impact work and organic brand.

Years in consulting followed, helping nonprofits, social enterprises, educational institutions, and foundations find the leaders who could make real impact. She's been a Chief of Staff twice (once for an urban farming social enterprise in New York City, and now for a boutique, humanity-focused social impact executive search firm). In recent years, she also built her own company helping New Yorkers fight loneliness through dating events, workshops, and coaching. She's a certified executive coach through Brown University and a certified yoga teacher as well. And now, an olive oil sommelier certified through ONAOO in Imperia, Liguria, Italy.

Every chapter has been about the same thing: creating the conditions for people to show up fully, and connect genuinely. Fullosophy is where that all comes together. It’s a practice for relearning your own appetite, starting with presence + your palate, then applying it everywhere else.

Isabella Cassell is a coach, community builder, event host, Chief of Staff, and olive oil sommelier based in NYC.
